No, you don't need to be home. As long as we have access to your garden (via a key, code, or if you're gates are open), we can carry out the work and leave when finished. We can arrange key safe or other access solutions if needed.

We clear all grass clippings from your lawn and pathways after each visit. The waste is disposed of responsibly. If you'd prefer the clippings to remain (for mulching), just let us know and we can adjust our service.

Absolutely. With regular maintenance contracts, you can pause or skip visits anytime. Just give us 48 hours notice and we'll adjust your schedule. There's no penalty for missed visits.
